WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Within 30 days from the date of purchase from www.simplybypapo.com you may return any item for any reason with a receipt. Simply return the unused item(s) to Simply by Papo at ADDRESS and specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will promptly reship or refund your credit card within five (5) business days from receipt of returned items.
For items purchased at retailers, please contact the merchant directly and review with them their return policy.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-673-9995 Monday through Friday or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any order can be cancelled prior to shipping. All items typically ship same day so cancel as quickly as possible.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
To obtain a refund for our Simply items you purchased online, please send an email to email@example.com with your request for a refund or an exchange, copy of your invoice within 30 days of your original date of purchase.
WHEN WILL THE CREDIT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD?
If you are returning item(s) a refund credit will be applied to your credit card within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned products along with the receipt. If you are not returning products, the credit will appear within 3-5 business days after your request is approved by our Customer Service Department. However, it may take up to ten (10) business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
